The staff are super friendly and made my stay great! The breakfast buffet was on point, offering local dishes that were delish. My room was on the smaller side, and the lighting wasn't the best. But overall, the service made up for it.

The staff attitude was far below acceptable standards. I experienced rudeness when requesting simple items at breakfast. it was utterly frustrating. Billing was a chaotic nightmare, taking too long to resolve my overcharge at checkout and left me feeling neglected.
